Accommodation in the center of the Sierras Subbéticas Natural Park, with excellent communication and access, next to the A-339 road, at the junction with the CO-7209 Provincial road.

To access the house you have to climb 6 steps and a small ramp, on the ground floor there is a large kitchen with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, blender, microwave, fridge freezer and kitchenware for 10 people. Living room with open wood-burning fireplace, TV, 2 air conditioning splits, 2 armchairs and 2 sofas, as well as a table for 10 people. 5 bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms: 3 rooms with a 1.35x1 double bed.90 m, 1 room with 2 single beds of 1.05x1.90 m, 1 room with a 0.90 m bed and a room with a double bed and a single bed on the ground floor. There is also a large terrace with table and chairs for outdoor use and an extendable awning.

The semi-basement floor, which is accessed from the outside, is a games area with a ping-pong table, dartboard and various games, as well as a bathroom with a shower. Outside we have a basketball hoop, a covered porch area next to the barbecue with a sink and a 10 x 5 m pool area with access steps and a solarium with 4 sun loungers.

Privacy is guaranteed in the property, as it is completely fenced, so they cannot be seen from the outside, especially in the pool area.

The views from the house are very nice, as you can see the main mountains that surround it, as well as being excellently connected to be able to take a hiking route from there, for example to the Castillejo, Bernabé and Palancar sources, the nearby river del Palancar, the roads to Las Buitreras, Sierra del Lobatejo, La Hoya de Priego, Puente Califal, etc.
